I have a passion for championing the underdog. For this reason, helping injured workers is the focus of my law practice, one that I find very fulfilling.
I guess I’ve always had a strong interest in philosophical debate, analytical research, and standing up for what I believe is just. Working for a firm that has such a well-earned reputation for vigorously defending the rights of workers’ compensation claimants is quite an honor.
It’s easy for anyone to feel intimidated by a system that is often complicated and difficult to navigate. This is especially so when having to deal with the stress of not being able to work while trying to recover from an injury. So I take my work as a lawyer very seriously.
Born in Youngstown, I graduated from Hubbard High School then attended Youngstown State University, where I received a BA in Political Science and Philosophy in 1993. Then I went on to earn my JD from the University of Akron School of Law in 1998 while working full time as a law clerk. I was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1998. I’m a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association for Justice and Trumbull County Bar Association.
If you’re an injured worker and need no-nonsense representation, give me a call. It truly matters to me that injured workers get what they deserve.
