Our team at Heller, Maas, Moro & Magill Co., LPA, recently joined our colleagues in the Trumbull County Bar Association in getting into the holiday spirt of giving and helped to raise funds for the Trumbull County Dog Pound.
We were able to raise over $300 as a firm for the association’s Annual Holiday Drive fundraiser, which began in early October and ended on December 6. Those funds will go towards medical expenses for the many dogs under the Trumbull County Dog Pound’s care and supervision, including the costs of spaying, neutering and healing the animals.
The Trumbull County Dog Pound is based in Warren. It provides a wide variety of animal rescue, medical and adoption services for animals in the community, including responding to more than 700 calls on an annual basis. Over the course of the year, the pound handles approximately 800 dogs and welcomes more than 6,000 visitors, and it has amazing 98 percent adoption rate.
We wish everyone a happy holiday season!
We also encourage you to check out the Trumbull County Dog Pound’s website in order to learn more about the services it provides and to see its list of dogs available for adoption.
