I am proud to say that I grew up in Youngstown as the son of a steelworker. So when I decided to go to Youngstown State University then onto law school at the University of Cincinnati, I realized pretty early on that I wanted to practice in an area of law that affected hard working people in their daily lives.
Now, the work that I do every day is helping people just like you who are having difficulties as a result of on-the-job injuries. I see all the time what it’s like to support a family, and how physical and mental impairments brought on by job-related injuries can negatively impact that and cause a lot of stress.
Since I’ve started practicing law in Ohio in 1985, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of working people. I’ve seen the hardships that legal issues can create for them. Having worked both in steel mills and at GM-Lordstown has enabled me to have an understanding of the struggles that my clients face on a regular basis.
I’m a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Trumbull County Bar Association and Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ). I am currently the OAJ Workers’ Compensation Section Vice Chair. Oh, and I’ve also obtained certification as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist from the Ohio State Bar Association.
